Welcome to Red Rock Storage (“Red Rock Storage,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our storage services, website, communication channels, and SMS/text messaging services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Our Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our operations.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, signing a storage agreement, or interacting with us.

2. Storage Services

Storage units are rented under the terms of the rental agreement you sign at the time of booking. That agreement outlines payment schedules, access rights, permitted items, prohibited items, and any facility-specific rules.

You agree to follow all facility rules and refrain from storing items prohibited by law or by the rental agreement.

3. Payment & Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your storage rental, including recurring charges, administrative fees, and applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in late fees, account suspension, and any procedures permitted under local law, including lien and auction processes.

All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

4.1 Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Red Rock Storage, including but not limited to:

• Account updates
• Payment reminders
• Facility notifications
• Security alerts
• Promotional or marketing messages (only if you opt in)

Message frequency may vary.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying:

• STOP — to end all non-essential messages
• HELP — to receive customer-support information

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

4.3 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Red Rock Storage is not responsible for any charges billed by your carrier.

4.4 Carrier Limitations

Text messaging services rely on mobile carrier networks. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carrier participation may vary.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information—including phone numbers used for messaging—are governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with facility operations or security
• Misuse our website or communication tools
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or customers

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, text, graphics, and designs—is the property of Red Rock Storage and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our materials without authorization.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Red Rock Storage is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services directly related to your claim.
• We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of stored items unless required by law or expressly stated in your rental agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Red Rock Storage harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
